The Polar Bears wrapped up their regular season with a 3-0 Saturday afternoon at Marietta College. With the win, the Polar Bears clinch 2nd place in the OAC and a critical first round bye in the conference tournament.
ONU got off to an early lead just 20 seconds into the game. They didn't look back as they increased their lead to 2-0 at the half. The Bears scored the 3rd goal midway through the 2nd half to secure the lead. ONU will now host the winner of the 3rd and 6th place game this Thursday at 2p in Ada, OH in the OAC tournament semi finals. Thanks to all who made the long trip to Marietta to support the team. We are looking forward to another great week of soccer and another chance to advance to the NCAA Tournament.
